During our initial 30-minute consultation, we'll discuss the challenges you're experiencing with your current communication system, determine if exploring a change is right for your business, and assess whether we're a good fit for each other. 

I'll review your current communication system and compare it to your stated challenges. I will then generate a gap analysis, which will identify real-world features or hardware issues that are causing the challenges. Finally, I will present a course of action that you can take on your own or with my support to improve your communication system.

During the procurement phase, I will review vendor proposals (assessing technology selection, scope of work, pricing, etc.), join negotiation or informational meetings, and provide general support as requested.

After your purchase, I am available to provide ongoing consulting support. I can assist with further vendor discussions regarding your communication system or help design processes and procedures for internal maintenance and operations teams. Together, we can even design bespoke services unique to your system and situation.
